Enzyme measuring system:
Jasco Spectral photometer V550 incl. cell temperature unit with peltier element ETC-505S and controller ETC 505T and Julabo water-bath MP5
Atom absorptions spectrometer:
Thermo Elemental Solaar M6
Flame photometer:
Eppendorf ELEX 6361

Enzymes:
Enzyme determination is done with the IFCC Reference Methods at 37°C
- Alanin amino transferase (ALAT, GPT)
- Aspartate amino transferase (ASAT, GOT)
- Creatin-Kinase (CK)
- Gamma glutamyl transferase(γ-GT)
- Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)

Ions:
Calculation with atom absorption spectrometer:
- Serum calcium
- Serum lithium
- Serum/urine magnesium
Calculation with flame photometer:
- Serum/urine potasium
- Serum/urine sodium
Coulometry (Chloride meter):
- Serum/urine chlorid

HbA1c:
Calculation with capillary electrophoresis using to IFCC reference method.

Total protein:
Calculated by modified Biuret method.

In the working group Clinical Chemistry, additionally to the above mentioned calculations of reference values, haematological and urological tests are done.
